Mimosa has been known as the "Happiness Tree", and it's true it's hard to not feel uplifted when you look at this gorgeous tree seemingly from a Dr. Seuss book. This herb is a wonderful nervous system support, helping to alleviate depression, anxiety, and restlessness. It is considered to be a heart medicine, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. Mimosa is mood stabilizing, calming, a pain reliever, and an anti-inflammatory. Mimosa is high in antioxidants making it excellent for the immune system and for keeping skin healthy. Mimosa reduces swelling, pain, and increases circulation, making it a lovely wound healer as well.
Suggested Use:
Shake well. Take 1-2 mL (dropperfuls), 2-3 times a day, or as needed.
Those who are sensitive to the taste of herbal extracts, I recommend adding the dosage to a tablespoon or so of water or juice.
