Eleuthero Tincture Eleutherococcus senticosus
Eleuthero
Botanical Name: Eleutherococcus senticosus
Eleuthero is an herb also known as Siberian Ginseng, although it's actually not a ginseng, but has similar properties. This herb is helpful for those who have a overactive stress levels that end up taking a toll on the immune system. It has also been used for pre and post chemotherapy stress management. Similar to an adaptogen, although it helps conserve the bodies energy rather than directly build it as a typical adaptogen does but is considered an adaptogen modulator. The oxygen metabolism for tissues and organs is enhanced, strengthens the digestive system and kidneys. Eleuthero helps increase mental and physical performance and endurance. Eleuthero also helps to enhance the immune system and prevent the frequency of HSV outbreaks (combines well with Echinacea for that in particular).
May not be safe with antibiotics.
Suggested Use:
Shake well. Take 1-3 mL (dropperfuls), 2-3 times a day, or as needed.
Those who are sensitive to the taste of herbal extracts, I recommend adding the dosage to a tablespoon or so of water or juice.
