Sage is an herb that touches so many bases! It's an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antibiotic, and antiseptic, all which help to strengthen the immune system, cut down on cold/flu duration/symptoms, and can help clear up issues in the mouth such as gingivitis , tongue swelling, and inflamed throats/tonsils too. Sage helps support the digestive system, is a carminative (helping to relieve bloating and gas), is an astringent, antispasmodic, and helps to balance hormones!
Sage may be called on for issues with dyspepsia, tonsillitis, laryngitis, ulcers, excessive sweating, and to promote bile flow (to get the digestive juices rolling!)
Sage is used to help balance hormones, as mentioned, is especially good for reducing menopausal/hormonal hot flashes, reduces the production of breast milk for those who need to wean, is a uterine stimulant, and helps to reduce overly heavy and painful periods.

Suggested Use:
Shake well. Take 1-3 mL (dropperfuls), 2-3 times a day, or as needed.
