Blue Cohosh

Botanical Name: Caulophyllum thalictroides


Blue Cohosh is an anti-inflammatory and has been used for uterine inflammation (and stimulation) as well as arthritic inflammation.  Blue Cohosh has been used as an antispasmodic, a diuretic, and a diaphoretic. Blue Cohosh can be used to help with postpartum pain and help to revitalize the uterine tissue. 


Do not use during pregnancy. 

Suggested Use:

Shake well. Take 1-3 mL (dropperfuls), 2-3 times a day.

Those who are sensitive to the taste of herbal extracts, I recommend adding the dosage to a tablespoon or so of water or juice.
