Wild Lettuce

Botanical Name: Lactuca virosa

Wild Lettuce is an anti-anxiety, light sedative, and pain-relieving. Wild Lettuce has a strong affinity for the nervous system and is a strong relaxant. It's been used for insomnia, to reduce anxiety, to reduce muscle spasms, and to reduce arthritis and general pain. With some antispasmodic properties, Wild Lettuce can help to reduce spasmodic coughs, cramps, and stomach issues. This herb should be used cautiously and can potentially upset the respiratory system if you take high doses, so please be weary when using.

Suggested Use:

Shake well. Take 1-2 mL (dropperfuls), 2-3 times a day, or as needed.

Those who are sensitive to the taste of herbal extracts, I recommend adding the dosage to a tablespoon or so of water or juice.
